Very spacious apartments in an excellent location, just a few minutes from both the beach and the centre of Nazaré. One of the biggest advantages is that the building is located in a flat part of town, so there is no need to climb steep streets to reach the apartments. The conditioning works well. The underground parking is spacious and convenient. We stayed for six days and found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the person managing the apartment was professional and efficient.
Guests should be aware that the building is located close to two large construction sites, so some noise may be heard during working hours if the windows are open. However, with the windows closed, the noise is not an issue. The construction noise is also absent in the evenings, at night, and on weekends. This was not a problem for us because we spent most of the time on the beach or in town, but it is simply something worth keeping in mind when booking.

Stor, praktisk og veldig ren leilighet. Deilig med to bad. Alt utstyr vi trengte. Rolig område.

Litt ukoselig akkurat der leiligheten lå fordi det var et nybyggings område. Men ikke langt til stranda likevel.
Vi skulle veldig gjerne hatt to nøkler

Great location. Very clean. Having 2 bedrooms gave us space to expand the luggage (just 2 people travelling). Next to bus station, just 2 minutes walk to the amazing beach, lots of restaurants. 3rd floor (with elevator) gives a nice view. Access to underground garage was useful for our the 2-day car rental.
Part of a set of rental properties, so communication with owner was very impersonal, even if efficient. The balcony is more of an idea...barely enough to step out and sit.

A great apartment a couple of minutes walk from the beach, plenty of space, well located for restaurants, extremely well equipped and very clean. A note on parking - we've got a wide, low sports car and made it down the ramp and into the space with no issues. A huge plus for us.
Nothing - all was good.
