O ar condicionado é uma mais valia.
Boas condiçoes para cozinhar e conviver na sala com televisão e bons sofás.
Bons quartos e casas de banho. A garagem também é uma mais valia.
Existe um problema de condensação que torna o soalho húmido!

I liked the location. As advertised it was beach front with easy access to restaurants
I didn't like the fact that the owners don't supply hand soap. A simple inexpensive item, but after travelling to the location it would be nice to wash up without having to look for a market to purchase soap and shampoo.

View. Peace (except Saturday night) but slept through. Top floor away from tourists. Great Comms. Very helpful. Mid beach front so easy walk both ways. Panoramic view. Lift. Easy access. Great facilities. Loved wine and snax thank you. Great touch. We want to return.
No major problems. Minor maintenance needed. Nothing to spoil a holiday at all. Loved it.
Suggestions match other reviews... Good to have some comfy terrace loungers. .. address and directions for entrance for walkers... Local maps and info.. .. shower gell/shampoo... instructions (and location ) for the washing machine and cooker controls...fix bathroom door handles.. explain CCTV system ( no worries from us ).. strings for instruments...

Hauptsächlich die Lage.
Die Unterkunft ist merklich in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt zwingend eine Renovierung. Die Wohnung wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Fußboden und Bäder waren nicht wirklich sauber. Der Kühlschrank hat nicht richtig gekühlt.
Auf beiden Terrassen war immens viel Kot von Möwen. Trotz Aufforderung wurde einer nachträglichen Reinigung nicht nachgekommen.
Eine Tür im Obergeschoss hat halb aus den Angeln gehangen, auch dies wurde trotz Aufforderung nicht repariert. Im Bad oben hing eine Lampe aus ihrer Fassung/Haltung.
Achtung: die Parkgarage ist extrem eng.
Einzig die ausgezeichnete Lage ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben.
