    The location of the hotel was great cause it's not too close to the nightlife part of the island so it isn't bothering us during our sleep. The staff was really nice and welcoming but the floor of this hotel was dirty and feels oily which is pretty odd but it can sure be improved. If I were to go back to Phi Phi Island I will certainly choose this hotel as my first choice!

    The place feels old, weathered and dirty. The room smell is terrible. Pictures must have been taken when the place was renovated or they used flattering angles.
