    ข้อดี - ผู้ชายสูง ท้วมๆ พูดจาดี บริการดีตอนเชคเอ้าท์ / แอร์เย็นฉ่ำดี / เดินไปถนนคนเดินวัวลายได้ ไม่ไกลมาก ข้อเสีย - อ่างรั่ว ไหลลงข้างล่างบนพื้น - ทีวีพัง รีโมทก์ใช้ไม่ได้ ปรับเปลี่ยนเสียงลดเสียงไม่ได้ มีแต่เพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยจนเสียงดัง สรุปไม่ได้ดู เลยต้องปิด - ราคารวมทุกอย่าง 673.92 ถือว่าแพง ไปนอน HopInn ช้างคลาน 650 บาท ใหม่กว่า ดีกว่า สะอาดกว่า หรือ บี2 ดีกว่า - ที่จอดรถไม่มี ได้แค่ 6/7 คัน น้อยมาก ไม่สะดวก - พนักงานตรงเคาน์เตอร์ตอนเชคอิน ผู้ชายผอมๆ สูง ถือว่าห่วย บริการแย่ ชักสีหน้า ถ่ายบัตร ปชช ไป แล้วเราพูดว่า ขอสำเนาบัตรหน่อย ครั้งที่ 1 ไม่ให้ ถามอีกรอบ 2 ว่า ขอสำเนาบัตร ปชช หน่อย แล้วพนักงานผู้ชายคนนั้นถามว่า เอาไปทำไมครับ เดี๋ยวน่ะ สำเนาบัตรกู จำเป็นต้องขออนญาตเหรอ สภาพ/ เราเลยบอกว่า จะเอามาขีดคล่อมสำเนาบัตร แล้วมันมีหน้ามาบ่นว่า แล้วแต่เลยครับ มันควรเป็นคำพูดจากปากพนักงานบริการเหรอ การเอาสำเนาเขาไปโดยที่เจ้าของบัตรเขาไม่ได้ขีดฆ่า คล่อมก่อน มันเป็นสิทธิ์เจ้าของบัตรน่ะ เราทำงานหน่อวยงานราชการเรารู้ว่ามันเอาไปทำอะไรต่อได้ ถ้าเราไม่ขีดคล่อม ผมไม่สนว่าคุณจะเป็นแค่พนักงานลูกจ้างหรือ เจ้าของ ลูกเจ้าของ หรือญาติเจ้าของ ถ้าทำตัวแบบนี้ ชักสีหน้าแล้วไม่พอใจ กะเตรียมเจ๊งเหอะ ห้องกะสกปรก นี่ให้โอกาสไปพักครั้งที่ 2 น่ะ ไม่มีอีกแล้วครั้งที่ 3 ห่วย มีหน้ามาทำไม่พอใจลูกค้า

    This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had during my trip to Chiang Mai. I understand that for this price, I should not expect a perfect room or luxury service. However, what happened with the reception and security that day was completely unacceptable. Their attitude, manners, and behavior made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe that I wanted to check out immediately. The 350 baht I saved was absolutely not worth it. I would rather pay more somewhere else and feel safe and respected. Because of that experience, I felt stressed and angry the next morning, and I regret that I behaved badly toward another receptionist who may not have been responsible for what happened. But overall, the way I was treated by the staff and security left a very bad impression. I would not recommend staying here if you expect basic respect, professionalism, and a sense of safety.
