    There is no reception desk and we have to contact the hotel through Line, Whatsapp or Facebook. They give us Room Number and Passcode upon arrival. The check out can be done online too. The room is clean and the place is nice with walking distance around old city. If you are travelling to Chiang Mai during Weekends, it's only 5 mins walk to Saturday Night Market. You will experience like you're living in the neighborhood instead of travelling. But the room is not sound proof so, it is very noisy from motorbikes and TukTuk. But overall, it was a good stay and I would definitely consider staying there again in my next trip to Chiang Mai.
