    Only problem is the parking area is a bit dodgy, but that's a very very small issue compared to the wonderful stay we had here.

    Located in quiet area close to central CM. Very good overall. Rooms are clean but are in need of a refresh. Rating would be closer to a 4 rather than 5. . The staff is courteous and helpful. Very good breakfast is included. I would stay here again.

    It was our first time staying at this hotel, and overall it was a good experience, especially with the beautiful pool. However, a few areas could be improved. Upon check-in, the front desk simply handed us the room card without any basic explanation—no directions to the room, no WiFi information, no hotel introduction. We had to ask everything ourselves. The pool is beautiful, and fresh towels are always available. The room is spacious, and the amenities are good. However, although the Agoda listing says children are allowed from 12 years old and up, we saw very young children (2–3 years old) using the pool, which could be dangerous even with parents around. During heavy rain, the road in front of the hotel turned into a river. When we asked the staff for advice about the situation or food options, they were not helpful. On the positive side, the coffee was delicious, free bottled water was provided, and the food was good. However, the fridge was empty, even though it was advertised as stocked. The hotel has great potential, but better communication and service would really enhance the guest experience.
