    We originally booked for 5 nights but extended and stayed for 7! Absolutely incredible resort set in beautiful tropical grounds that are meticulously maintained. The room (superior garden view) was positioned perfectly a short walk away from reception/restaurant/swimming pool. The staff are amazingly polite and helpful and the reception riverside location is stunning. The restaurant food, a mix of Western and Thai is superb…. Even the burgers were decent! Breakfast is a buffet service with quite a lot of choice- although unfortunately, the Western breakfast offerings consisted of your typical wet ham slices, chicken frankfurter sausages and cold fried eggs- not a dealbreaker for me because there were lots of other options including croissants (put them through the toasting machine to crispen them up first!), cakes and pancakes. The Asian breakfast dishes changed daily. Come evening time, there is very pleasant soft live music in the restaurant/bar. The bar and restaurant prices are very reasonable considering the remote location and quality of the resort. To sum up: we will definitely return to this resort- even though we had to drive 300kms to get there.

    Everything here is great; rooms are great, bedding is good quality, mattresses are firm, breakfast is good enough. This place mainly caters for Thai holiday makers, so if you cannot survive without a plethora of Western food, this is not the place for you. We enjoyed our stay here, we stayed on site for our entire holiday. Everything is clean and staff are all helpful and friendly.

    I sincerely hope the owner or management reads this review, because I believe this hotel has the potential to be much better. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property and facilities fully met our expectations. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the staff. They seem to lack proper training in hospitality and guest service, and the overall service feels very unprofessional. For example, when I called the front desk to ask about the hotel’s activities, I was simply told to “check the internet.” That is not the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Another frustrating experience happened when I went for a massage that I had already paid for. The staff asked me for a ticket, but no one had informed me that I needed one. I had to walk back to the reception to collect it before returning to the spa. This was a completely avoidable inconvenience caused by poor communication and organization. On top of that, most of the staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, which made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Not even served welcome drink. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is excellent, but the service does not match the quality of the property. With better staff training and a stronger focus on hospitality, this hotel could offer an outstanding guest experience. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. For the visitors please don’t fall into the hotel price, they try to upsell everything after you check in
