    We absolutely loved our stay! The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, both inside and out, with peaceful scenery everywhere you look. Our room was gorgeous and spacious, with a huge California king-size bed, and everything from the bedroom and bathroom to the outdoor area was beautifully designed. The staff were very kind, polite, and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we especially loved the hot water—it was wonderfully hot with strong pressure and felt amazing after a long day of activities. The massage was also excellent and so relaxing! Everything about this resort made us feel peaceful and refreshed. One of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we would happily come back again! ❤️🌿♨️

    A lovely hotel on the banks of the River Kwai. Set in the rainforest mountains. Our room was spacious and well designed. The resort has two pool areas and a river pontoon for river activities and ferries. Bring insect repellent as this is beyond the control of hotel management, ok!

    If you are looking for nice clean resort for family, in the rainforest theme, this one is a must. Pool facility is very nice. Lawa cave is a fun activity with family only a walking distance away.

    I sincerely hope the owner or management reads this review, because I believe this hotel has the potential to be much better. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property and facilities fully met our expectations. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the staff. They seem to lack proper training in hospitality and guest service, and the overall service feels very unprofessional. For example, when I called the front desk to ask about the hotel’s activities, I was simply told to “check the internet.” That is not the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Another frustrating experience happened when I went for a massage that I had already paid for. The staff asked me for a ticket, but no one had informed me that I needed one. I had to walk back to the reception to collect it before returning to the spa. This was a completely avoidable inconvenience caused by poor communication and organization. On top of that, most of the staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled, which made the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Not even served welcome drink. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is excellent, but the service does not match the quality of the property. With better staff training and a stronger focus on hospitality, this hotel could offer an outstanding guest experience. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. For the visitors please don’t fall into the hotel price, they try to upsell everything after you check in
