    Toen we vroegen om een upgraad was het zelfs teveel in het onthaal een andere kamer te laten zien zelfs met extra betalen, we werden gewoon weggestuurd om van ons af te zijn zonder dat we onze kamer al hadden gezien. Onthaal totaal onbeschoft. Kamers lijken of je in krot moogt gaan slapen na veel over en te WhatsAppen met Agoda zonder enig resultaat hebben we een andere resort geboekt. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt in de 30 jaar dat ik naar Thailand ga.

    If you want a floating raft hotel experience at a location close to Erawan Falls, choose a better location. There are many. This place - nice enough - is almost 60 minutes away from Erawan.
