Location is awesome, tranquil and peaceful. Grounds are immaculately kept and appealing on the eye. Staff were very polite and the food was plentiful and tasty.

History of the location, a former POW camp, is very meaningful. Landscaping is beautiful whilst the natural jungle has also been preserved as far as possible. Pool is a lovely touch. Amazing view from the bar. Tents are well furnished. Staff are excellent, friendly and hardworking. Closest hotel to Hellfire Pass (albeit still a bit of a walk - 4km). Excellent value for money overall
Shower water pressure was extremely weak. Food was average (but made up for quality with quantity and enthusiasm of service). No porter service so if you need to board the longtail boat at the landing platform, you are on your own down 60 feet of steps
