Das Hochgrat mit Oberstaufen PLUS und PLUS GOLF

The appartment was in a great condition and upon arrival was everything clean and polished (except for the windows). The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything needed. The underground parking was very convenient. Location is also amazing - close to the main street, supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, Kurpark is also almost around the corner. We have also tried dinner from the restaurant and it was very tasty. Oberstaufen card is also great as one can use 3 Bergbahnen for free which is great. Despite of the negatives described below, we would definitely come back again and we can fully recommend this place.

- Wi-fi: The wi-fi wasn't working in the kitchen nor on the balcony (this would be understandable but as the kitchen area is connected with the living area and just two steps from the sofa was barely any signal, that was unexpected and inconvenient). - Coffee: The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and upon arrival there were 4 capsules ready to be used. In the guide was written, that the Bio capsules can be bought at the reception desk, therefore did we expect the "non-Bio" capsules to be available for free after we have used the ones in the kitchen. But unfortunately, that is not the case and after drinking those 4 capsules there were no free refills offered and one has to buy the whole box of them (at the reception desk or in supermarket). Considering the price of the appartment and the "Luxus-Ferienwohnung" (description from the official hotel website), we would expect coffee capsules to be offered for free. - Tea: It was a bit of a surprise that there were no tea bags provided, which is nowadays kind of a standard in hotels/appartments. - Room service: We were told, that if we wanted to request room service, we should let someone at the reception desk know in the morning of the certain day. We wanted to have room service at our Chalet only once during our stay, but although we went to the reception desk in the morning (for several times), nobody was there, so we couldn't ask for it. It would have been maybe better, if there was a book or a list, where could one write room number in the morning with a request for room service, and not wait for someone to show up at the reception.

The breakfast should be include in the room rate. However, there was a kitchen in the room, and the bakery was around the corner.

Sehr wertige Ausstattung. Man hat sich sofort wohlgegühlt.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett super bequem. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Das Bad fand ich etwas zu klein.
