Beautiful Chalet in a great location

The appartment was in a great condition and upon arrival was everything clean and polished (except for the windows). The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything needed. The underground parking was very convenient. Location is also amazing - close to the main street, supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, Kurpark is also almost around the corner. We have also tried dinner from the restaurant and it was very tasty. Oberstaufen card is also great as one can use 3 Bergbahnen for free which is great. Despite of the negatives described below, we would definitely come back again and we can fully recommend this place.

- Wi-fi: The wi-fi wasn't working in the kitchen nor on the balcony (this would be understandable but as the kitchen area is connected with the living area and just two steps from the sofa was barely any signal, that was unexpected and inconvenient). - Coffee: The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and upon arrival there were 4 capsules ready to be used. In the guide was written, that the Bio capsules can be bought at the reception desk, therefore did we expect the "non-Bio" capsules to be available for free after we have used the ones in the kitchen. But unfortunately, that is not the case and after drinking those 4 capsules there were no free refills offered and one has to buy the whole box of them (at the reception desk or in supermarket). Considering the price of the appartment and the "Luxus-Ferienwohnung" (description from the official hotel website), we would expect coffee capsules to be offered for free. - Tea: It was a bit of a surprise that there were no tea bags provided, which is nowadays kind of a standard in hotels/appartments. - Room service: We were told, that if we wanted to request room service, we should let someone at the reception desk know in the morning of the certain day. We wanted to have room service at our Chalet only once during our stay, but although we went to the reception desk in the morning (for several times), nobody was there, so we couldn't ask for it. It would have been maybe better, if there was a book or a list, where could one write room number in the morning with a request for room service, and not wait for someone to show up at the reception.

Wespennest auf dem Balkon . W-LAN war nur im vorderen Bereich der Wohnung nicht in der Küche und auch auf dem Balkon nicht. Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen oder Rolläden. Es war ziemlich warm in der Wohnung.

Die Lage war gut.

Das Zimmer war nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Das 2. Bett war eine Ausziehcouch, was an sich in Ordnung ist. Sorgte aber dafür, dass es abends im Wohnzimmer nicht gemütlich war, da sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten außer 2 Esszimmerstühle zur Verfügung standen. Auf der Terrasse stand ein kleiner runder Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, somit konnte auch dort weder gefrühstückt noch abends gegessen werden. Ein ausruhen auf der Terrasse war auch nicht möglich, da man absolut keine Privatsphäre hatte. Die Nachbarzimmer waren weder mit Sichtschutz noch mit irgendwelchen Pflanzen oder Ähnliches abgetrennt. Gegenüberliegende Wohnungen hatten ebenfalls freien Blick auf die Terrasse. Das Bad war bei der Ankunft leider nicht sauber. Die Toilette musste nachgeputzt werden, der Seifenspender außen komplett verklebt und beschmiert. Staubgewischt wurde auch schon eine geraume Zeit nicht mehr.

Wunderschönes modernes Hotel im schönen Ort Oberstaufen

Tatsächlich ein super Hotel im schönen Oberstaufen. Der Pool ist klein, aber erfüllt absolut seinen Zweck. Frühstück sehr qualitativ.

Wenn man pingelig sein will, ein kleines Manko ist, dass es unter tags keine Möglichkeit gibt direkt im Hotel ein Getränk oder einen Snack zu kaufen. Nicht so schlimm, weil es eh einen Supermarkt in Gehdistanz gibt, aber ein kleines Angebot direkt vor Ort wäre trotzdem nett.

Ruim appartement in mooie omgeving

Prachtig ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Ligt direct aan doorgaande weg, heel zonnig maar daardoor ook zeer warm appartement. Zwembad is prettig maar er waren rondom veel werkzaamheden daardoor niet echt ontspannen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich war perfekt um nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. Bei schönerem Wetter hätre man auch den Außenpool gut nutzen können. Das Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten war sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Parks-alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Schade war, dass das Restaurant derzeit nicht in Betrieb ist.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist schön, die offenen Fenster sind herrlich!

Dem Haus fehlt es an regelmäßiger Instandhaltung. Aufzug kaputt, Dachfenster defekt, Badewanne nicht dicht. Das ist jeweils nicht dramatisch, aber bei den aufgerufenen Preisen ärgerlich und nicht dem Leistungsversprechen gemäß.

Herausragende Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Äußerst geschmackvoll mit großem Balkon und viel Platz. Die Lage ist super zentral man kann abends wunderbar zu Fuß zum Essen gehen.

Der Garten rund um den Pool könnte etwas gepflegter sein, passend zum Gesamtambiente der Unterkunft

Wohlfühl-Chalets mit tollem Erholungserlebnis mit guter Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen

Die Chalets sind modern im Allgäuer Stil eingerichtet. Die Betten sind groß und komfortabel. Die eingerichtete Küchenzeile ist komplett und gut mit allen notwendigen Utensilien eingerichtete. Man hat ein schönes Wohlbefinden in dem Chalet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Auswahl groß, alles ist frisch und lecker. Ich habe nichts vermisst. Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Der Herd hat mich mit seiner Kindersicherung zu Verzweiflung gebracht
