Too expensive for the value received

Swimming pool, balcony, close to city center, free bottle of water upon arrival, free parking, „Oberstaufen card“ available for a 10 EUR deposit giving you access to many attractions and public transport, free coffee throughout the day, various egg dishes made fresh for you at breakfast (sometimes took very long or they forgot to bring it)

Noisy due to main road in front of the hotel, there could have been a little bit more variety at breakfast (it was the same every day), not all staff was friendly, no elevator, hotel seemed old overall, value for money questionable, room was quite small with almost not room for a larger suitcase

Wir durften 2 Stunden eher das Zimmer beziehen. Allerdings war das Hotel eh leer. Frühstück war gut. Die Angestellten waren nett

Man sucht sich das Hotel aus nach Leistungen etc. Die man in Anspruch nehmen möchte. Im Internet stand SPA Bereich, Restaurant. Im Vorfeld habe ich versucht die Unterkunft per Mail und über Booking zu kontaktieren. Keine Antwort. Bei der Begrüßung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass schließlich Wochenende sei und die Masseurin da nicht arbeitet und das Restaurant geschlossen hat. Es ist schliesslich neben neben neben Saison und deshalb der günstige Preis, der nicht günstig war. Und das Restaurant ist auch zu. Im Internet haben wir am Tag drauf gelesen , dass es Gästekarten gibt mit denen man Z.B. günstiger mit der Gondel fahren kann. Haben wir bei Anreise nicht bekommen, sondern erst 1 Tag später, was bei 2 Tagen Aufenthalt dann eh egal war. Bei der Abreise wurde uns dann noch parken und Kurtaxe berechnet, was bei Booking nicht ausgewiesen war und auch nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde. Das hat den Preis, der im Nachhinein völlig unverschämt war, noch erhöht. Die Besitzer haben nicht mit sich reden lassen, und nicht respektvoll behandelt und ihre eigenen persönlichen Probleme über den Service zum Kunden gestellt. Zu Hause angekommen kam eine Entschuldigungsmail, die mir als Kunde aber tatsächlich nichts bringt. Anstatt 2 Tage Erholung, sind wir total enttäuscht, müde und mit Herzrasen nach Hause gefahren, haben fast 500€ liegen gelassen für Nix. Das Hôtel liegt am Ortsrand, allerdings genau an der Hauptstraße. Die Betten waren unbequem hart, die Einrichtung alt. Es gab kein Wasser, Shampoo im Zimmer und sauber war es auch nicht. Beim Frühstück werden zwar Kaiserschmarren und Weisswurst angeboten, allerdings ohne Puderzucker, Apfelmus und süßem Senf. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Es ist ein altes Haus und der Aufenthalt wird einem nicht schön gemacht. Ach ja bei Anreise wurde betont, dass sie eh in 2 Wochen schließen und Ferien haben.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Schwachpunkten

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl an frischen und regionalem Angebot. Schöner Wellness Bereich mit Schmimmbad und versch. Saunen.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Zimmer, fehlende Handtuch Halter im Bad. Auch die Tatsache, dass es im Hotel keinen Lift gibt ist vor allen Dingen für ältere Gäste hinderlich. Das Hotel liegt am äußersten Ortsrand und dies bedeutet lange Fußwege ins Zentrum.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Alle Anliegen wurden schnellst möglich beantwortet. Die Bereitstellung von Kaffee und Tee bis 17 Uhr ist eine nette Geste. Dass die Gästekarte pro Übernachtung kostenlosen Zugang zu den Gondeln ermöglicht finde ich super. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab frisches, aufgeschittenes Obst und der Kaiserschmarrn war sehr lecker. Alles wurde immer wieder neu frisch zubereitet und aufgefüllt.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich hätte mir außer Brötchen noch etwas kräftiges Roggen- oder Vollkornbrot gewünscht. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Oberstaufen ist ja generell etwas teurer. Aber ein etwas modernes Zimmer hätte ich für den Preis schon erwartet. Es war bei der Buchung auch nicht ersichtlich.

Es war eine schöne Woche die wir hier miteinander verbringen konnten

Das familiär geführte Hotel ist in sehr guten Händen. Für die Größe waren der Pool und die Sauna sehr gut und ausreichend groß. Auf alle Wünsche wurde freundlich reagiert und kompetent informiert. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Etwas Abwechslung hätte es außergewöhnlich gemacht. Wir waren mit unseren E Bikes unterwegs, es gab die Möglichkeit diese trocken unterzustellen und aufzuladen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was uns nicht gesört hat. Das Bad war in einem sehr guten renovierten Zustand und von der Größe perfekt.

Der Fernseher funktionierte, könnte allerdings mal modernisiert werden (Smart TV) In der Woche war das WLAN leider nicht verfügbar, es lag an einer Störung nach einem Gewitter. Dafür war der Mobilfunk Empfang gut und es hat uns nicht so stark eingeschränkt.

Das Frühstück war durchaus okay. Das Büffet wurde stets befüllt.

Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht gut. Es fehlte ein Kühlschrank. Die Lüftung im Bad war aussergewöhnlich laut.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, tolles Frühstück… alles frisch und immer top aufgefüllt. Kaffee und Tee kostenlose Selbstbedienung bis nachmittags. Hotel / Gebäude etwas älter aber sehr modern, schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Sauberkeit top. Der Eingangsbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Tolle, moderne, geräumige Zimmer, Betten top, etc.. Pool (Wasser angenehm temperiert)und SPA Bereiche sehr einladend. Parkplatz ebenfalls direkt am Haus, 4€ pro Nacht ist okay. Man merkt dem Hause an, es wird Inhaber geführt ☀️. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dass ich wieder nach Augsburg zurück musste… In eine Stadt, voller Menschen, die nur auf ihr Handy glotzen, zerren mit Leine ihr Lebewesen umher, sind laut, Kinder aus der Schule haben traurige Gesichter…. Und es SIEHT keiner
