The show you a room online and then they gave me something else that have made me leave even though I had to pay the fees for room that I didn’t used and pay a lot .. don’t call it suite if it’s just a regular room with view to the road

Magical weekend stay in Oberstaufen

Nice location with beautiful views, big spa area with saunas, friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice gym. Perfect for weekend stay.

Exceptional

Best breakfast I have had in my life. Very posh hotel, we stayed in one of the outbuilding cabins, which was perfect given our 3 and 6 year old had the playground directly in front of the room, private little home. Dinner was also incredible, homemade noodles and fresh mushrooms, beautiful German wine. And the pool and spa, was insanely gorgeous. Everything clean and very memorable. We even went to the hotel bar with live music in the eve with the kids!

I felt like spending 24 hours in paradise

It was amazing stay from the start to the end. Great location, perfect place for sport lovers, well equipped gym and nice pool with breathtaking views, lovely staff, good beer. And having breakfast was an experience on its own! Like a first class service.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einem kleinen Kind die Möbel waren abgewohnt und teilweise auch beschädigt ,aber was uns am meisten stört das hat nichts mit dem hotel zu tun liebe leute hört auf die liegen zu reservieren es nervt ,viele reservieren und gehen wandern oder essen eine familie mit kind hat so keine chance wenn sie später kommt eine liege zu bekommen.

Personal zum Großteil spitze!! Vor allem Martina und der Shuttle Bus Fahrer !!!! Gute Stimmung im Haus ! Musik in der Bar( manchmal nicht so super aber egal ) ist ja nicht selbstverständlich!!!

Treppenhaus zum Pool immer schmutzig und es gehört definitiv oben am pool mal eine vernünftige Pool Bar mit Cocktail und bisschen Ambiente hin!!! Positive Bemerkung wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer und bekamen als Entschädigung wunderbaren Obst Teller !!! Der Chef ist bemüht und kümmert sich um Probleme dennoch muss zu dem Preis einiges etwas aufgehübscht werden !! Trotzdem ist es ein schönes Haus mit besonderem Flair!

Geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick

Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Saubere Zimmer, sehr geräumig mit tollem Ausblick.

Der vermeintliche Begrüßungscocktail wurde auf die Hotelrechnung gesetzt, was mich etwas geärgert hat. Tiefgarage sind manche Parkplätze sehr kurz, so dass nur ein Kleinstwagen drauf gestellt werden kann. Verwunderlich fand ich auch, dass trotz Reservierung beim Check-in einen Tag später kein Platz in der Garage reserviert war (vorher parkte ich eine Nacht an der Straße). Nach einer kompletten gefahrenen Runde wurde ich gefragt, ob ich einen Parkplatz suche. Erst dann wurde mein Kennzeichen auf einem der Parkplätze hinterlegt. Ich hätte mir das bereits zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in gewünscht.
