The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, it had a big balcony which got sun only in the afternoon, making it nice and cool during the day It was a beautiful relaxing experience staying at the Interest Vital hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, everything was very clean. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food delicious. The pool was big enough and the temperature pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the aqua gym every morning.

Room for improvement…gut gemeint, aber nicht optimal umgesetzt

Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hotels sind klasse-Bilder sollten dringend auf den neuen Stand gebracht werden, da nach Umbau vieles anders aussieht.

Leider hat sich die Qualität/Service des Restaurant Schweizers nach Übernahme verschlechtert. Jedes Essen war übersäht mit buntem Pfeffer und hat die eigentliche gute Qualität / Geschmack übertüncht. Auch unglücklich war, da ein Umbau der Küche ab 02.11. geplant ist, waren einige Speisen auf der Karte bereits Tage zuvor nicht mehr verfügbar, selbiges beim Frühstück. Zudem war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, so dass kein Cappuccino und Co. bestellt werden konnte, der Kellner hat dies nur knapp mitgeteilt und nicht mal alternativ einen normalen Kaffee angeboten! Sehr schade!

Schöne Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, tolle Lage

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung mit Essecke und kleiner Küchenzeile. Nachmittags schien die Sonne auf den Balkon. Ich fand das Zimmer sehr schön.

Die finnische Sauna war über den gesamten Reisezeitraum defekt. Erst nach gezielter wiederholter Anfrage wurde eine angemessene Entschädigung geleistet.

Ich war wie immer sehr zufrieden top Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, ein trockenen Platz für mein Motorrad und eine tolle Lage, schön ruhig mit Blick ins Grüne. Ich komme gerne wieder

Preis-Leistung war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Dafür kann die Unterkunft zwar eher nichts aber es war Nachts doch teilweise sehr laut. Um 06:30 Uhr morgens haben die Menschen im Nebenzimmer laut Musik an. Um 0 Uhr wurden Möbel verrückt.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich hervorragend. Die Küche und das Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Wohnung war groß und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Schöner Aufenthalt an guter Lage mit fairem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Freundlicher Empfang und nützliche Infos von der Reception. Grosszügiges, zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon und kleiner Kochzeile an der wir besonders den Kühlschrank schätzten. Der kleine Küchentisch mit den beiden Stühlen war Ideal zum Spielen und Kaffee trinken. Der Pool war gepflegt und die Saunen einladend. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bot ein ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet und feine, saisonale Speisen (Spargelzeit) mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hatten trotz Schlechtwetter einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Angebot der Oberstaufen-Plus-Karte für freien Nutzung der Bergbahnen, Busse, Eisenbahnen etc. ist ein grosses Plus!

Der eher kleine Balkon war lediglich mit zwei Stühlen und einem Beinschemel ausgestattet. Wir haben jedoch auf Nachfrage ein zusätzliches Tischchen erhalten. Dafür besten Dank.

Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhig gelegen und in 8 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Zweck hat alles gepasst und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das DZ mit Balkon war gut, mit schöner Aussicht auf den Ort und die Berge. Wir konnten den Wellnessbereich, mit 2 Saunen und Hallenbad, ausgiebig nutzen.

In unserem Badezimmer etwas zu geringer Platz der Toilette, zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß mit Balkon und Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Pool ist groß und die Wassertemperatur optimal. Im Wellnessbereich war auch alles tiptop.

Zimmer ist ein Versuch modern zu wirken. Das Hotel ist irgendwo in den 80 ziger Jahren stehen geblieben. Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Es hat mir persönlich der Fisch gefehlt. Das Hotel wirkt eher wie eine Kur Klinik im älteren Stil. Pool könnte wärmer sein. Im Haus werden Schroth Kuren angeboten. Ich habe das Gefühl gehabt, ein Teil von den Teilnehmern zu sein. Leute sah man nur bei an und Abreise . Für den Standard ist das Hotel zu teuer. Ich war nur Gast und kein Kurgast.
