    My stay was so nice, the location is exceptional and only 2 mins away from the train station. I liked my stay in Zaandam and going to Amsterdam by train it is better than staying in Amsterdam city center

    We were eaten by bedbugs so badly that one of us start swelling so badly that he couldnt take off his watch. The staff dis nothing about the problem after reporting it. We had to sleep and be eaten another night on the same beds and bedding. The hotel also charged a huge city tax. About a third of the hotel cost! The aircon not very efficient. No fridge or kettle
