    The aircon broke right after my shower, and I had to pack up all my luggage and change rooms🙄. However, the lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient in solving this issue👍. After changing rooms, the soundproofing here was extremely poor. The noise of luggage dragging and kids crying upstairs was unbearably loud. Bad Hygiene: There were ants and mosquitoes in the room, and I was even bitten awake by an unknown insect in the middle of the night, causing skin itchiness and need medication for few days!!😭 Uncomfortable Bedding: The pillow stuffing was completely warped/lumpy. It was so uncomfortable that I only managed to sleep for two hours🤦 Terrible Lighting Control: Very limited lighting options. The bathroom light is linked to the exhaust fan, making it super noisy if you want to leave it on overnight. Worse, there's only one main switch outside that controls both the entryway and room lights together—no bedside reading lamps at all. Once turned off, it’s pitch black. No Amenities: No complimentary tea/coffee packets or spoons were provided in the room besides kettle and cups only. NOT recommended. A total waste of money and a miserable experience! This price I can even stay a better hotel in Melaka.
