    Bersama rakan sekerja (bilik berasingan). Kesian dekat kawan sebab pindah bilik sampai 3kali. Yg pertama aircond tak rasa sejuk. Yang kedua tv tidak menyala. Yang ketiga tu tak ingat sebab apa. Kawan cerita masa dia nak ke level lain, keluar lift gelap gelita sbb lampu lorong nk ke bilik tidak dinyalakan. Saya tak boleh tahan dengan bau karpet dibilik. Fully dlm bilik adalah menggunakan karpet. Naik bau nya..kepam tu. Adoiii lahai... Semoga ada penambahbaikan dari pihak hotel sbb hotel nya cantik dr luar tp x sangka bl dah masuk jadi cam tu. Mungkin nasib saya & kawan kerja saya tak begitu baik haritu.

    I have been staying this hotel many times uncountable. This is my first time getting this room. Everything old and this room is smaller compared to others room. Overall, very old room and make me uncomfortable

    I am truly impressed with the hotel,the room is neat,clean and comfort.The room is big too and the bathroom also clean.The only turn down is even stay at 7th floor,the traffic downstair still can be heard,so its rather noisy.Easy access to the food nearby,they have 7e on the next block.

    Terrible, Unhygienic and Unacceptable Stay The room was hot, dirty, and unsafe. The air conditioning barely worked, even after waiting 2 hours as instructed. Housekeeping came but only cleaned the filter and admitted they could not fix the issue. We changed rooms, but the same aircond problem happened again, and we slept sweating the entire night. The cleanliness was also unacceptable: dirty carpet with dust, stains and hair, a toilet with poop stains, and a loose/moving toilet bowl that was a safety hazard. The second room had the same toilet issue. The hallway ironing area was also dark, with the light and aircond switched off, making it uncomfortable and unusable. The only decent thing was the parking. We paid for a hotel stay, not a hot, dirty, uncomfortable, and unsafe room. Completely unacceptable.
