    The suite was spacious and comfortable, very suitable for a family of 4 with older children. Love the complimentary fruit juice was included, which makes the stay unique and welcoming. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. We would definitely return.

    "During checkout, the receptionist informed me that I would be charged an additional RM10 because a towel had been stained with a black substance. However, when I asked to see the towel and inquired about the cause, they mentioned it was found in the jacuzzi bathtub. I pointed out that since it was a used towel, they couldn't simply assume I was the one who stained it. Furthermore, the stain felt like black machine oil, so I questioned whether the dirt had actually come from their own jacuzzi. If it was a cleanliness issue on their part, why should I be charged? At that point, another hotel staff member (a Chinese lady) intervened with a very rude and unfriendly attitude, telling the receptionist to just cancel the charge after I argued my case. She dismissively added that it is a standard rule for guests to bear the cost of stained towels—though no one had informed me of this policy during check-in. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to her poor attitude."
