    Room comfortable to family but deposit refund very slow cheok out more than 5 days more than 72 hours still yet receive RM100 deposit, chasing also no use.

    This is a self check in hotel, the staff will contact us after booking or before arrival. There was a bit delayed for a few hours when checked in since I didn’t receive any message from the hotel, which they claimed because they didn't have my number. Luckily there is a number left outside the hotel that I can contact. The hotel staff send me a link to fill via Whatsapp, information as ID number and pictures of 2 person, a RM100 deposit bank-in receipt etc before sending me the password of the main door and room booked. The room is located on upper level from the door. When opening the door, we have to climb a 45 degrees steep stairs to reach the living and bed area. These is quite challenging to climb up and down with our luggages, my elder parents and child. The room however, is spacious, comfortable and clean. The air conditioner take times to function, and since there are no window in the room, it is quite uncomfortable while waiting for it. However, there are lots of Chinese eateries and parking spaces around.
