Sehr schöne Lage, größtenteils sehr ruhig (wenig befahrene Straße in der Nähe). San Gimignano Centro ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen ! Abends auf der Terrasse ist sitzen ist sehr chillig ! Wenn man Glück hat, laufen morgens und abends Feldhasen durch den Garten !!!
Wir hatten abends von der Terrasse aus keinen direkten Blick auf San Gimignano. Das war aber von vornherein klar :)

la posizione dell'appartamento è davvero strategica vicinissima alla porta San Matteo e ha il parcheggio proprio davanti al cancello abbiamo trovato un ristorantino vicino casa x cui il top

- Very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated staff!
- The location is FANTASTIC! 2 mins from the center of San Gimignano and all restaurants and an amazing bakery is "right next door".
- Very clean bed sheets and towels. Better than many hotels.
- The windows had mosquito nets installed. (Very needed, bc there are nasty mosquitoes in the summer)
- Parking right infront of the house.
- We were allowed to use the pool at the main office building (3min drive by car).
- It was nice to have a garden area, but it wasn't cared for at all.
- BBQ: was a very small BBQ plate in a little stand with no utensils or coal (need to buy that on your own)
