    The hotel enjoys an excellent location with outstanding transport convenience. The surrounding area is well-served, with numerous restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance of both the JR West and East exits. FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson are all nearby, providing abundant dining and shopping options for daily needs. The hotel also offers direct airport bus services to both Narita and Haneda airports, making arrival and departure exceptionally convenient for travelers. The hotel is well-equipped with spacious guest rooms and a large-scale facility. Multiple hotel washing machines are available, which is highly convenient for guests on extended stays or those needing to do laundry during their visit. In terms of communication by e-mail , the hotel staff were highly responsive. Emails regarding parcel delivery arrangements were answered promptly and efficiently, which was particularly helpful for coordinating shipments during my stay. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. Despite the hotel's large number of rooms, there is only one smoking room. Given the scale of this property, this is clearly insufficient to meet guest demand, resulting in the smoking room being consistently fully booked. Additionally, while the hotel's laundry room is equipped with 8 coin-operated washing machines, this capacity feels inadequate for the number of guests. Due to overuse, may be the machines struggle to drain properly between cycles. As a result, subsequent guests find that their washed and dried clothes retain a musty, stale odor—as if they were never properly cleaned in the first place. Overall, the hotel's prime location, spacious rooms, comprehensive facilities, and responsive email communication make it a solid choice. However, increasing the number of smoking rooms and expanding laundry capacity would significantly enhance the guest experience.

    This hotel was amazing in every way, I have no idea as to why they are only at 4 stars. My room was actually upgraded to a city view, so I cannot speak on the superior queen room. The city view had an excellent view of the city, as the room was on the 22nd floor. It was bigger than the average Japanese hotel room and I was able to lay my bags out with no issue. The house keeping was very sweet and quick with their work. They noticed I didn’t like the big comforter on the bed and left it off, same with the decoration pillows. They kept my fridge stocked with water as well. It took a bit of translating but I was able to get them to just take my trash out instead o cleaning my whole room. I cannot speak on the food because I didn’t eat it, I probably will next time because getting Uber Eats to what is essentially a 5 star hotel is so embarrassing. The location of the hotel was great. It is definitely not in the middle of Ikebukuro, but it’s close to the train station that can take you everywhere you need to go. If you use Google maps and Google maps tells you to go through the LUMINE mall or whatever it’s called, DON’T go in there. It’s so big and so freaking confusing to move through. Staff was amazing and accommodating, I’ve never met more kind staff members before. They are willing to help with everything as long as you get the courage to ask, they can be very intimidating by how they just stand around like guards. Overall, amazing hotel and will definitely be coming back.
