Fred was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower was strong and hot. It was lovely for us to have the two bedrooms and a kitchen/ lounge area for our family. The location was excellent, a really enjoyable 5 minute walk down quaint and quiet alleyways to Okubo Station. Close to lots of good restaurants, but a lovely quiet street. A handy washing machine and coin operated dryer.

Excellent stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well organized, and I had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
