    We had a great time in this hotel, very comfortable, clean, staff were very helpful and indeed breakfast was so good. We enjoyed our stay thete and highly recommend it to everyone one.

    Nice spacious room. The gym facility requires external payment to neighbour company, misleading as gym not in the hotel. Breakfast was quiet poor with cold dried eggs, not sure if that is the italian style

    Room was immaculate and big, neighbourhood was nice with many restaurants around but its far from main center, there is a bus stop right in-front of hotel but takes 30 minutes to reach center. Room didn't have iron board or kettle but you can request them. However a 4 stat hotel should have those by default. There is also no pool or sauna or anything. Not sure how its 4 star but still it’s a great place to stay. Reception staff was nice as well. Forget about early checkin though, even at 11:30 am I was told that no room is available till 2 pm.

    I guess maybe we are used to friendliness and kindness from Canada. We found with an honest review much less then we expected. Generally no help on issues with accommodations our room was hot A/C maybe not working after having card installed. Everyday our tub would not empty from showers after going down and asking for help from front desk 2 hrs later while waiting to have shower going back down no one knew we were waiting. The last night our room smelled from sewer gas smell from sink and tub. Finally having to have our balcony door open to cool to cool room and relieve us of the sewer smell the motorcycles racing down the road kept us a wake. Over all atleast our anniversary mornings had a nice breakfast
