Luck ily, I was assisted by people that had nothing to do with Cecila home, otherwise I would have been stuck on the street, with no roof above my head!
It has to be made clear, right from the statt, that the while registration process is done by a computer. If one is not a digitally native person, forget it.

Camera accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, pulizia ottima. Situata in un punto comodo, con tutti i servizi a disposizione, e diversi spazi con posti auto. Soggiorno soddisfacente, ci torneremo sicuramente

These are minor things: the wifi was on and off, and the bed quite noisy.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft und gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche Küche. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und auch der Gastgeber war immer nett und gut zu erreichen. Man ist auf ein Transportmittel angewiesen, die Bushaltestelle ist aber direkt vor der Haustüre und es hat alles super geklappt.
Der Check in gestaltet sich sehr aufwändig. Man muss zuerst online einchecken und dann auch nochmal in der Unterkunft. Neben der üblichen Abgabe des Passes, muss man auch noch ein Foto von sich aufnehmen um überhaupt an die Schlüssel zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Der Zugang zur Waschmaschine wäre (gerne auch gegen Bezahlung) sehr vorteilhaft.
