Biffi 2 - Garbatella Rooms

Consigliatissimo

Pros: - Decent location: It takes about a 10-minute walk to Ostiense Station. Just be aware that the walk back from the station can feel a bit unsafe late at night. - Great room & amenities: The room was beautiful, spotless, and the bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning worked well, and we had everything we needed. - Well-equipped shared kitchen: Fully stocked with pots, plates, cutlery, and a microwave. The host even provided a free 1.5L bottle of water in the fridge. - Smooth self check-in/out: The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was very thoughtful and left us a welcome gift (a can of Pringles) upon arrival! - Quiet environment: The apartment is very peaceful—no noise issues from neighbor rooms or nearby buildings.

Cons: - Hot water issue late at night: If you shower late after a night out, there won't be any hot water left (this happened to us for 3 nights). Because it’s an old building and the B&B is on the ground floor, upper floors use up the hot water supply first. The host wasn't able to fix this, so keep it in mind. However, it's not a deal breaker if you shower in the morning or during the day. - Trash in common area: The trash in the shared kitchen wasn't emptied for 3 days, causing it to pile up—likely a cost-saving measure on management's end.
