i liked how modern and updated everything was. The AC was out but they were very accommodating and gave us a fan!

The location is really good, several minutes from underground which makes your trip to anywhere very easy. Is in the Garbatella neighborhood which is very safe and quite part away from Rome touristic noise, so it’s perfect for sleeping.
The walls are really very thin so you can literally even hear the neighbors speaking. But for me personally it was not a concern, as I took this place only for a short sleep and shower. I came late at night and left early in the morning. For this purpose it’s a perfect place.

C’est un très joli b&b, la chambre était propre et agréable. Les instructions très claires, c’est un beau quartier calme.
Le lavabo est très petit et dans la douche il manque un pommeau si on ne veut pas se laver les cheveux.

Proximity to Metro - short walk and only 3 stops from Colosseum. Comfortable pillows.
“Breakfast” options were very poor. Disappointing because an inclusive and proper breakfast was important to my choice of stay. Noisy, kept up by neighbours coughing and talking through the night. Check in process is difficult. Duvet didn’t have a cover which made me a bit worried about hygiene so did not use it.
