Decent hostel if looking for cheap place to crash but not very nice for solo traveller. The solo room was quite small like a prison cell. furnitures i got were pretty worn out and old, bed was creaking. The shared toilet/shower was really cclean and modern though, quite different from the main corridoors and room. Location was abit far but it is close to the harbour and ferry terminal to issland. Decent for price but not a nice room

The rooms were kind of like dorm rooms, with a small bed, desk, and closet. It was pretty spacious though compared to other hostels I've stayed at. The free morning sauna was a treat and I preferred that to the regular showers. The regular showers didn't have a place to put clothes and had a funky smell which I wasn't a fan of. There's a kitchen on select floors. I had my yogurt stolen though so that was a bummer... Not sure how often they clean out the fridges, but after one night it was gone. The hostel is a bit away from the center of Helsinki, but very convenient if you're planning on hopping on the ferry to and from Estonia!
