    no staff but still nice to stay because their is a kitchen which make us easy for cooking, but the problem is the floor at the lobby is very dirty due to the melting snow and people walk in and out, oevrall its a nice hotel

    Agoda didn't tell us that you need to pre-register on line before you arrive. Otherwise, you don't get a door code and you are completely locked out of the hotel. There are no staff on site to help you.

    Good location and facilities as well as in room services. A note to other guest is the Hotel has e-check in system then after booking you should have check in email notification to do self check in prior to arrival to get door and room codes.

    I was able to drop my bags off early while the cleaning staff was still working and I left my book on table. When I got back, my book was gone. When messaging Bob W they had me wait while they "Contacted Bob W to speak with me." The fact that they think customers are dumb enough to believe Bob W is an actual person who is going to look into our issues personally, is really insulting. Naturally, after waiting a few days, they said they couldn't find find my book and there was nothing they can do.
