Clean and spacious.

Good location, within 10-minute walk from Wien Hbf. Room is spacious, enough for 3 adults, bed is comfortable. Pretty decent wi-fi. Clean bathroom. The biggest drawback: our room was not made up or cleaned during my stay, which was a big disappointment for us - after a long day outside, we expect our room to be clean and tidy for rest. Hotel staff said guests must specifically ask for room cleaning in the morning - a little bit strange because we could not find "please make up my room" card in the room. I believe this is not really Sheraton standard, I have stayed in many other hotels with "Sheraton" name and they always clean up rooms by default - guests no need to ask. Anyway, hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, they provided us with clean towels as we requested. Another problem: the AC did not seem to work no matter what button I pressed (see photo). Luckily it was mid September, the weather was good so we didn't really need AC or heater. Will I stay in this hotel again? Maybe, if there is no better option nearby.

My goodness dont get confused by "Sheraton" in the title as not even close to their standards.
Location is ok - a good decent walk to the main area of Vienna.
The hotel room was one of the smallest we have ever had & we weren't even able to open our suitcases fully.
The hotel is very basic, the lift is very small, breakfast was sufficient & staff very lackadaisical .
Was expecting a bit better for what we paid.
Im starting to think if you book via Agoda you get allocated the worse room in the hotel. Our room was right next to the lift, Im sure it was the smallest room in the hotel, the aircon didnt work and if you open the window it actually open over the bed so you couldnt sit on the bed nor walk around that side of the bed. The only place we could put the suitcases was near the door and we needed to close them to walk around them. This room should be only reserved for one person not 2 and at a discount . We were very disappointed and not a great start to our holiday. I would only recommend if it was cheaper - not value for what we paid.
