Everything about the accomodation was lovely. Walkable distance to the cube, The City centre..Five Ways..

I did not like the rust inside the wash hand basin in the bathroom. I couldn't look at it while brushing my teeth a bit wonky really.. There was an awful smell of cigarettes and cannabis at the property. It looked very different to the pictures and generally felt quite untidy/unclean.

front of location was on street so a lot of passing people which was awkward with the windows of the lounger were open (as it was hot day)

Poor After Care Customer Service

The Accommodation was clean

They don't answer the phone given. I have been calling for the past 3 days as I desperately need to speak to them. I was issued a Parking Fine even though they give me a Parking Permit. I have been calling to have this resolved but they are not answering their phone.I am very disappointed

A fab location, comfortable stay in Birmingham

Location, good size apartment, parking and relatively quiet considering it is a ground floor flat in the middle of a city centre

Quite a few lightbulbs out, parking instructions weren't sent out beforehand (although the lady on the phone was extremely helpful), no tea towel

Information on procedure to enter the apartment needs to be available before day booking starts

Layout of the apartment was excellent with plenty of space. Location was very good with easy access to the Mailbox and the town centre.

We had to pay 1GBP on line to make a damage deposit of 250GBP with we hope will be refunded. Did not feel confident with this procedure. We have never had to do this with other bookings. The property lacked the following. 1. Mugs 2. Cups and saucers 3. Tea towels 4. Dish washer machine soap 5. Coffee maker 6. Instructions for operating TV and appliances 7. Requirements for leaving the property
