Excellent place, great base for trips to the surrounding area, fully recommended
The whole apartment with living room, bedroom and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and tidy, bathroom big, cozy and with everything you need, just a great place to live while traveling. The wifi worked great, the parking does not have a specific reserved space, but there was always enough space for several cars in front of the house. Terni is not a place full of sights, but you can easily and quickly get to the surrounding interesting locations. The breakfast was rich

Very comfort apartment, wonderful host.
The apartment is not new but well maintained. It has everything you may need for a comfort stay, including full kitchen, living room, comfort bedroom, spacy bathroom, a balcony and even washing machine. The host Claudia did everything to meet our needs. She even surprised us upon arrival with a home-made cake to enjoy our stay. Thank you, Claudia!
The only disadvantage is a missing A/C in the bedroom. To make the living-room A/C affecting the bedroom, we had to leave it working while we are out of the site.

Vicinissima al centro commerciale cospea (si raggiunge a piedi in 2 minuti), la severa house è pulitissima e ha tutto di quello di cui si ha bisogno. In ogni stanza, c'è tutto il necessario - la cucina è ben attrezzata, con l'immondizia differenziata facile da gestire, la sala da pranzo con il grande televisore, il bagno con le mini dosi per lavarsi e la camera da letto con gli asciugamani. Sia il salone sia la camera da letto sono climatizzati. le istruzioni per il check in/out facilissime. Si trova parcheggio gratuito propro sotto l'appartamento. Veramente tutto facile e ideale. Complimenti alla signora Claudia per la gestione dei suoi begli appartamenti.
