Enjoyed the stay, plenty of room for us and nice to be right on the ocean. The description states it sleeps six. However, the sofa in the living room was not a futon or fold out, just removable cushions.

We enjoyed our stay at Lol ka 'Naab. Leticia was excellent, always available, knowledgeable and so helpful. The condo is situated 15 minutes walk to the village and a five minute walk to La Lunita and La Buena Vida, two great ocean front restaurants. The condo was very nice with all the necessities we needed. The beach / pool area was just as the pictures show. We will definitely return next year!.

Positives: spectacular views, washer & dryer in-suite, good location, a/c
Negatives: older unit in need of repairs & updating, beds not very comfortable.
There was a problem with the sceptic tank which caused a terrible odour in our unit for 3 days before it was rectified - vrbo did not compensate us.
