MOST BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE AVAILABLE IN AKUMAL, MEXICO!
Unit B4 is an incredible three-bedroom penthouse on the fourth floor and has 2 levels, with only the grand master suite on the top. It has a private large terrace offering lovely breezes or stunning views while in the comfort of air conditioning. The outdoor master bathroom is incredibly dramatic. On the main level, you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, a step-up dining room, living room, and a wrap-around terrace.

Welcome to Akumal- Where 'social distancing' has always been the norm naturally! This quaint beachfront town is known for its spaciousness and is a getaway escape from crowds. Here the fresh air is intoxicating, and gentle trade winds blowing in from the Caribbean are so refreshing. Enjoy outdoor dining and delicious fresh food in our favorite open-air restaurants, most just a short walk away.
Leave your worries behind; our rental properties have always offered the standards of cleanliness (e.g. daily maid service) the rest of the world is now needing to emulate. In addition, strictly enforced quarantines all of April and May have helped Akumal be spared of COVID-19, and the locals are still being extra conscientious. No stress either, as we offer unique flexibility right now for our travelers during these hard-to-predict times. Mi Casa Del Mar is one of the most popular buildings Caribbean Fantasy represents due to its convenient location, beautiful units, friendly staff, and unique privacy.
The entrance to the building is grand with a large staircase leading up to a stunning breezeway with a breathtaking view of the green grass, blue pool, and turquoise ocean. Here you will find a free-standing bar perfect for entertaining, the 2 level pool, and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The dark blue tile on the infinity pool blends right into the Caribbean beyond for a stunning appearance. Shallow areas are great for kids. A restroom for the pool is located in the grand entry, making bathroom breaks easy and quick.
The wrap-around terrace is so incredible guests will not want to venture beyond the condo! The kitchen is newly & fully equipped including dining service for 6. Amenities here include a dedicated router for dependable wifi throughout the penthouse, CD, DVD, beach towels, blender, coffee maker, alarm clocks, hairdryers, toaster, large toaster oven, microwave & a safe.
Also, B4 penthouse has a smart TV that is now connected to internet offering Netflix (for those with their own accounts to log in), and hundreds of digital channels of commercial-free/talk free music of superior quality and to any taste, including well, of course... The Penthouse Radio! Along with 600-thread count 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, what more could one want?

There are some small sandy areas on the rocky coastline below the pool and even an inlet to the sea on calm tide days. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking or BBQs allowed.

Loved our stay here. This is our 4th visit to Akumal and my favorite condo so far. Location was great because it was a ten minute walk La Buena Vida and Turtle Bay Cafe.
Owner was super great to work with. Plenty of space for everyone. I think there were only 8 units here, so not crowded and lots of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Ants all over the kitchen and most of the cookware and countertop appliances were disgusting and well past their shelf life. Air-conditioning ONLY in the bedrooms and this is a very spacious property; so anywhere else in the condo was so unbearably hot, that it was nearly impossible to enjoy the rest of the property. None of the shower heads worked properly and they all needed to be replaced. Master bath which was one of the selling points to this place was not a good experience at all. The floor would be flooded every time we showered, so we opted to mostly use the other bathrooms, but they weren't much better, just less standing water to deal with. The water issue continued with the hot water tank leaking in one of the other bedrooms that we had moved to. The water heater situation was fixed within a reasonable amount of time and the owners were promp in their responses. We made the best of it and tried to enjoy ourselves as much as we could, but the place needs some attention before ever getting close to a 5 star property. We actually ended up staying elsewhere for a couple of nights. The shared infinity pool and iguanas were the highlights of this place. I will say it is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Overall, I would caution anyone prior to choosing this property as their home away from home.
