About this villa rental
Centrally located in Akumal between Akumal beach and Half Moon bay beach,Casa del Viento features 3 ocean and pool view bedrooms. The sunken living area creates a spacious and airy feeling. There is a full kitchen and dining area. This welcoming home offers family-friendly amenities.
- The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, pillow-top mattress, and private bath.
- The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private bath.
- The two children's sleeping alcoves are furnished with bunk beds (designed for children or small adults) and are connected to the two
upstairs bedrooms.
- A guest bedroom is also located downstairs and is furnished with 2 single beds or 1 King bed. Each bedroom features a private bath and a balcony with an ocean view.
*The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned
Take an afternoon siesta under the poolside palapa in the hammock or kick back on the rooftop observatory for a margarita and an unbelievable sunset.
Wireless Internet, Smart TV with Netflix, DVD, and Stereo. Daily maid service is included except on Sundays, purified water, beach towels, and nighttime security are provided.
For larger groups, add Casa del Mar, located right next door. Rent both together and receive a discounted rate.

Beautiful property exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean, well maintained, great house keeping and security guards, great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but completely secluded, secure and quiet.

The house was big with 3 separate bedrooms/suites. The pool was big as well. The ocean views were beautiful. It is on the iron shore, no sand, thus no seaweed. It is a short walk to many restaurants and beaches as well. The kitchen is a bit tight as well as the outside dining table area (pool side). Great sunrise/sunset/stars watching from the roof top look out terrace.

Great house right on the Carribean. Does well during times of heavy sargasso because you are on the reef, not the beach. A great rental if you just want to chill & not leave the house, it's perfect.

We loved our 4 night stay at this spacious & spotless villa in Akumal. Great location, quiet, caretakers on hand if you need anything & excellent communication with the hosts. The pool & hammocks under a tiki facing the ocean were a perfect place to cool off & relax after our adventures exploring the area. Loved snorkeling Akumal Bay, cenotes, caves & the Xplor adventure park!! The bakery in the main Akumal square offered great eats morning & evening. We also tried a restaurant in town that was excellent too. Highly recommend Akumal!
