The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom offers an especially flexible arrangement: its king bed can be separated into two single beds, and two trundle beds provide additional sleeping space.
Central air conditioning is provided throughout the condo. Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer add the practical comforts that make longer stays easy.

• Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday.

We really enjoyed our vacation rental. The only improvement would be a functioning elevator in our building because one of us has mobility issues and found climbing the stairs very difficult.

Our family of four had a great week at the Nikte condos. The place was very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully outfitted with all pots, pans, dishes. Daily maid service was very nice to keep dishes clean and sand off the floors. The pool was great for our small children. The convenience store across the street was nice for last minute items. Highly recommended!!

I'd never used a local booking company. Akumal Direct was great to work with. Communication through email or text were always answered promptly. The property was clean and the pool was a delight! The elevator was down as stated in the reservation; you have a 50/50 chance of it working. We, of course, stayed on the top level... Movement and exercise are good for ya!!~ On that note, we rented a golf cart and Akumal Direct helped reserve. They drop off/pick up at the property for a fee, that I gladly paid! The Sargassum was low while we were there, however, we had one windy day and the staff came and cleaned it up. Live with Nature, it isn't going anywhere. All n All a fantastic stay!!~ Thank you.
