This was our third time back to this condo. Working with Akumal Direct was easy as always. The customer service at time of booking, leading up to our stay, and once in Akumal was great. We love the ground floor direct access to the pool. The condo is clean, modern, and well-stocked. The cable TV came in handy for a rainy day and has every channel you could ever need. The mini grocery store across the street is super convenient and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Our family of 5 spent Christmas in Akumal at Nikte Condo. The condo is in a very quiet gated community and the views of the ocean are incredible. The folks with Akumal Direct were always available to assist (even over Christmas!) and made many wonderful recommendations of places to visit. Would highly recommend this agency and this location.

We loved our ground floor condo with easy access to the pool and beach. The sunrise and sunset views were unmatched from our patio and we were able to snorkel right from the beach. Our place was very comfortable and fit two families comfortably, with the ability to cook meals and relax inside or out!! We hope to go back again soon.Scott was helpful and attentive and Guadalupe and the other staff kept the place clean!!
