The open-concept ground floor includes the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all cooled by one shared air-conditioning unit. Two bedrooms are also on this level—one with a king bed and the other with a double and twin—each with its own A/C and sharing a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys a king bed, private sitting area, ensuite bath, and direct access to a large lanai furnished for outdoor lounging and dining.
The home features daily housekeeping (Mon–Sat), fiber-optic WiFi, Smart TV, coordinated dinnerware, and high-quality kitchenware. Outdoor areas include a screened patio beside the pool and access to a man-made beach on the rocky shores of Half Moon Bay. The ocean here is naturally rocky, so water shoes are recommended.
