The host is great, communication was brilliant and he was helpful throughout. He helped us visiting Sofia a lot. The parking lot was great to have as well. The terrace is spacious.
There are a couple of things to mention. The place is for 150 Euros quite expensive for Sofia's standards (I even read the host offers the place sometimes for 450 Euros), the area is sketchy as well (on the pics you dont see the view from the terrace which is rough). Furthermore the place says 80 sqm, but the actual room is 30 sqm and the terrace is 50 sqm, so dont book it with more then 2 people. The host also says its 2 double beds, which isnt true, as its 1 double bed and an extendable couch.
