Excellent location, nice apartment with everything needed for a short stay
There is not anything I didn’t like however to make this a 10/10 would be great to have somewhere to store luggage rather than having to go to a luggage storage area but that is only a small thing

The apartment is functional and well-equipped. Communication with the host was smooth and professional.
Cleanliness was not at the expected level — the cleaning felt superficial. The most significant issue, however, was the constant noise coming from a production facility pastry workshop (Zoya) located directly beneath the apartment. The noise is noticeable 24/7, which makes it difficult to relax. It would be fair for this to be mentioned in the listing description.
