Modern and Spacious apartments in the City Centre

Very nice and clean apartment in a new building, located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a park and 50m away to a coffee shop.

No private parking was available. To pay for the public parking in front of the building, you have to go to another location if you don’t have a Bulgarian phone number. The parking attendants clamped my car almost immediately.

Value for money option for our 1 night stay in Sofia. Very good location, clean and in order. The managing company answered all our questions via WhatsApp promptly. Another plus : There is a big underground parking just next if visiting by car

The location is very central. The sheets were clean.

The communication with Flok was not good. The day before the arrival I asked if it would be possible to check in a bit earlier (2 pm instead od 3 pm) and they said that they can't guarantee it, which was fine. When we arrived at the property, it still wasn't ready, again, it happens, not a big problem, but we would have appreciated a heads up on the situation. The apartment itself was probably very nice when it was brand new. However, it has obviously not been maintained, meaning, the walls are grubby, the floor absoluteltly filthy, full od crums and dirt. There is a funky smell in the kitchen, only one small spoon in the cutlery drawer, only 3 cups (so if 4 people are staying in the apartment, I guess one has to wait to have coffee...). The air conditioner was very weak, barely worked and it was a very hot day. The upholstery on the dining chairs was full of various stains, all the furniture needed some sort of repair or cleaning. The sink faucet in the bathroom is wobly, so you have to be very gentle with it, we were afraid it would break.
