מיקום מעולה, גישה נוחה לדירה. הכל קרוב ברגל. הדירה די חדשה ומאובזרת, מעלית (קצת קריפית, אבל מעלית) קומה רביעית, לא שומעים (כשהחלונות סגורים) את הרעש של הרחוב הסואן למטה (סואן במיוחד בערב) דירה ממוזגת בצורה מושלמת (מזגן מעולה בכל חדר+בסלון) מטבח נחמד כולל מתקנים בסיסיים (המקרר היה קצת קטן, והמדיח לא עבד...) היינו זוג + 3 ילדים, הכפילות במקלחות ובשירותים היו מעולים!

המקרר היה קטן קצת, והכיריים היו קטנות (במיוחד למי שמתכנן לבשל בעצמו)

Logement spacieux et confortable, possédant une climatisation. Emplacement idéal au centre de Sophia, boutiques et restaurants en bas de l’immeuble. Communication avec Lillie était parfaite 👍

Was prima locatie midden in centrum wel gehorig.. DE vloeren mooi maar HEEL glad in de douce. Verder minpuntje weinig glazen en bekers voor thee en frisdrank.

Gladde douce loeren hebben handdoeken neergelegd op de grond ook tijdens douchen..

Location, lift.

Dirty carpet, smelly kitchen towel. Apartment definitely needs renovation/refreshing, at least a carpet cleaning. There are no mosquito nets and it’s very difficult to refresh the air in the apt without something flying inside. Amenities were dated, quite uncomfortable for a longer stay. Sofa in the living room is broken, door handles need changing because you can’t be sure whether you’ll be able to unlock the door once you lock yourself inside the bathroom. Has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all separated and had to move from one bedroom to the other just to go to the toilet or wash hands. Washing machine is below the sink in the kitchen and utensils are kept in a separate closet away from the kitchen which makes little sense if you’re actually going to use this kitchen. Has a Nespresso machine, but the free coffee provided as a gesture was pretty horrible.
