Perfect location. It was close to the metro and bus stations.
There was a problem with the air conditioning in the living room, but it was okay.

This is a beautiful apartment, equipped with wonderful furnishings and facilities. The heating was excellent and the double beds and sofa were very comfortable. It's just a short walk into the city centre (around 12 minutes) and there is a Billa supermarket along the way. This is probably one of the best places available in Sofia, so don't hesitate to book if it's available (especially for family or group trips).
The elevator wasn''t able to stop on the first floor during our stay, but the stairs were easy.
There weren't any other problems!
