immaculately clean apartment within walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. secure parking included. very accommodating host!
washing machine broke. would be nice to have shower curtain around jacuzzi to use as shower.

Excellently kitted-out and spotlessly clean, spacious luxury apartment. Congratulations to the owner and deservedly receives top reviews.
However - I have deducted. a few points in the hope that my comments may help him improve even more.
In a nutshell ‘Safety’
First - the narrow, curved, shiny - (not slip-proof)and severely angled 58 degree stairs to the penthouse, are simply dangerous - even taking great care. They would not permit the fitting of a standard stairlift - I know, as I install them!
Some grab handles fixed to the opposite side of the long hand rail may help. Maybe non-slip strips too.
But I believe if these stairs were being assessed for safety in a new or reformed hotel (in any civilised regulated country) they would be condemned.
I see comments have been made about the raised floors entering one room to another
(and despite yellow warning signs) they need extreme care - and the use of footwear at all times to avoid damaged toes!
The excellent jacuzzi needs only to be used with your head at shower end - as standing up from the other end may result in cracking your head on the very low angled ceiling. Also a grab rail or two may make accessing the tub a little safer as balancing oneself on the shower conduit isn’t ideal.
The building elevator has earned a few dubious review comments. But I suppose like an old aeroplane if it has never crashed then it can trusted. The noises is makes ….. however, suggests that it may be unwise for very heavy folk to enter - or even riskier if more than the two of you! Personally, I felt happier negotiating the stairs of the six floors. May I ask out of curiosity - does it ever break down?
Finally - I find this is the only paid accommodation I have found in any civilised country, that has absolutely no visible emergency exit instructions. Nothing to be seen like a sign with usual access advice, eg ‘do not use the lift in the event of a fire’. Or signs like ‘your way out’ etc.

The apartment is in a great location near the center with a parking spot in the courtyard. It is very clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and well equipped. It's also extremely cozy the coziest apartment we've ever stayed in, and offers plenty of space. The owner is very nice, and helpful. The price is fair, and we can highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved it! If we could give more than 10 stars, we definitely would.
