We are offering a semi-basement apartment with 3 separate bedrooms for short-term/medium-term stays in the center, in the heart of Sofia, just a 10-minute walk from the yellow bricks/Sv. Nedelya!
The apartment is on a semi-basement level, recently renovated, with brand new furnishings, the only one on the floor, and a private bathroom. The layout is as follows:
- **Bedroom 1**: 2 single beds (90x200cm), a chest of drawers, a table, and 2 dining chairs.
- **Bedroom 2**: 1 double bed (160x200cm) + 1 single bed, 3 nightstands, a wardrobe, and an armchair.
- **Bedroom 3**: 1 double bed (160x200cm), 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, an armchair, and a small auxiliary table.
- **Living room**: sofa, table, and a 32" Smart TV, entry area.
- **Kitchenette**: sink and cabinets, refrigerator, and hot beverage area. No oven, stove, or microwave.
- **Bathroom**: with shower and toilet.
Free WiFi and TV in the apartment, as well as bedding (light blankets, pillows, clean and fresh sheets and towels, free liquid soaps and shampoos) and coffee/tea. An iron, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner are also provided. Half of the apartment’s height is below ground level, which helps with better heating. Two electric radiators are available as well.
The apartment accommodates up to 8 people (7 beds + a sofa bed).
The apartment is not available for hourly stays or for the purpose of engaging in erotic services, hosting parties, or activities that involve noise!
Check-in is entirely remote. On the day of arrival, you will receive instructions for check-in. Keys are provided via a drop box. There are no parking spaces available. Blue zone in the center of Sofia. Secured parking nearby.
The building has well-maintained common areas and video surveillance. Access security is provided.
