1 minute to main Street Grafa, NDK, FREE Parking, 3BDR

The apartment was on the first floor, very easy to access via self check-in with the keys in a lockbox. The rooms were spacious, very cozy, great architectural solutions and modern interior, everything was functional and clean. There was a PlayStation 4 so the kids were very happy. Kitchen was fully equipped, A/C in every room, bathroom nice and spacious, all in all we had a great stay. The location is great as well, a walking distance to NDK and the center. The parking is free, though a bit further down do road, so if you come with a lot of suitcases, unload in front of the apartment then go and park your car.

המארח היה מאוד זמין ונחמד וענה מיד על שאלות ועזר כשהיה צריך, החניה קצת מרוחקת ממקום הלינה אך זאת הליכה נוחה ונעימה

Está muy bien ubicado y no hay ruidos, zona muy agradable y tranquila.

Para tanta gente (9 personas) la casa se queda pequeña. Solo hay 1 baño que además acumula mucha humedad y uno de los armarios estaba roto. Los sofás-cama incomodísimos.

Всичко ни хареса, особено местоположението в центъра на София. В близост на същата улица има паркинг, който е безплатен за целия престой. Много приятен апартамент на приземен етаж, хубава кухня, посуда, кафемашина и миялна. Две тоалетни, което е предимство, когато гостите са много като нас, хавлии и санитарни материали в предостатъчна наличност. Пак ще отидем там, когато сме в София.

Едната стая е твърде тясна за двама, спалните са спални, а не отделни легла, завивките са двойни, а не две отделни, нямаше допълнителни завивки и ютия. Бяхме шест отделни човека, а не семейства.
