De ligging van het apartement was uitstekend en de airco die aanstond bij binnenkomst was heel erg fijn! Het contact met de eigenaar was snel en goed.

Еще до заселения, обговорили спорные моменты с хозяином и он пошел мне на встречу. Что касается самого номера - возможно именно так и жил бы современный карлсон. Я бронировал номер на 6 этаже (чердаке) и самый большой плюс - это тишина, тк соседей нету не сверху не по бокам. На кровати днем можно загорать, а ночью - смотреть на звезды через окно на крышу, это достаточно интересный для меня опыт. Сам номер достаточно компактный, но в нем есть вся необходимая техника и принадлежности к ней (я только не смог найти сушилку для одежды, возможно плохо искал). Санузел смежный, небольшой, но места для одного человека хватает. На пару ночей хороший вариант

Не сразу нашел в каком боксе находятся ключи от номера, возможно стоит добавить в инструкцию картинку с указанием точного бокса (либо на боксе с ключем написать номер), т.к. по описанию не сразу понятно в каком искать и пришлось пытаться открыть все боксы

Mejor ubicación imposible! Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio, agradable… equipada con todo lo necesario.

Para nosotros no fue ningún impedimento porque aún somos jóvenes…. pero puede ser complicado para una persona muy mayor el hecho de ser un piso alto sin ascensor.

The location was perfect. Air conditioning worked. The coffee machine was really nice. A washing machine was a big plus. The host was responsive.

When we arrived, we received a different apartment than anticipated. It was a small studio on the roof. The toilet and the shower are right next to each other, so when you shower the toilet gets wet. The little bed upstairs barely fits two people. So if you are a bigger/taller person, you would have trouble fitting in there with a partner. There is a foldout couch, but it’s impossible to lay on it, as it’s lumpy and hard. We could disregard those inconveniences if the apartment was clean, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. There was a ball of hair in the shower drain. When I wiped the toilet seat before first use, it was dirty. The towels were stained and strongly smelled like mildew.
