CHIC and Spacious Apartment in Central Sofia - Patriarh Evtimiy by Flat Mаnager

Appartamento spazioso, molto vicino al Vitosha boulevard (5 minuti a piedi) e da li' si inzia la visita della citta' e dei monumenti. Spazioso anche se la vista non e' il massimo camera da letto su viale esterno, salone su giardino...con specchi che mostrano le finestre del piano terra!!! Cucina molto attrezzata.

L'interno e' curato l'esterno e' DEPRIMENTE! Arrivi e non c'e' manco una luce sul portone, saliti con l'ascensore (residuo del secolo scorso) pregando non si bloccasse, sul pianerottolo la lampadina e' morta anta anni fa e non c'e' nessuna intenzione di risolvere...la sera devi cercare il chiavistello come i ladri...usando la luce del cellulare. L'esterno cade a pezzi...muri senza intonaco, crepe... La camera da letto affaccia sulla strada, confusione a volonta' (il semaforo e' poco piu' avanti), il salone sul giardino...con specchi che guardano alle finestre del piano terra. Dei ganci per gli asciugamani in bagno sarebbero utili... appartamento chic...con meta' mobili di ikea e al posto dell'armadio un porta abiti da rappresentante (anni 80)...

The location is ideal as it is situated within walking distance (5-10mins) to the center. There are also multiple stores with food/drinks around. The apartment looks modern and has airco. There were several issues, which did get resolved, so good service team.

There were some issues (wrong lockbox code, wrong wifi password) which made the check-in not so smooth. It did all get resolved. The floor is very noisy, could be the hot weather, or age. The elevator wasn't usable from the 1st floor as the doorknob to open it from the outside is missing. The bathroom (and in particular the shower curtain) was very dirty.

Location was great. Liked that we got coffee capsules, soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels.

The building itself it's a bit battered. Very old building with a lift that we didn't dare to get in. When asked to check in just an hour earlier, the host said "it wasn't possible" however, he shared the code to check in an hour earlier, which was a bit contradictory.
