L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano e anche se l'appartamento in sé è molto nuovo le scale e il resto del palazzo non sono tenuti benissimo.

Lovely apartment – spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Great location, close to everything.
There was a delay with receiving the key code, and we could get it only after calling the agency.

when we arrived the flat had NOT been cleaned. so we had to contact the manager who asked me to show photos of what I meant by not clean. I think he should have believed me, an not wasted my time about sending him photos. He said the cleaning team was delayed and they would be there shortly. Luckily we had planned on going out until evening anyway. But what if we hadn't?
It's a 4th floor walkup so be careful you realize that.
