Sarebbe opportuno installare un secondo condizionatore in camera da letto, in quanto quello posizionato in soggiorno, da solo, risulta insufficiente.

The location is unbeatable. Tram stops near the entrance, 3 min walk from the Vitosha boulevard. The apartment is freshly repaired, spotlessly clean. Most important - the managing company works very effectively, Alex helped us to solve some problems that appeared.
The apartment is at 5th floor, the building has a small elevator. To open the door, you need to bring the chip closer to the button with the key on it. the button itself situated on the top of the list of the residents, it took us some time to guess how it works.
the kitchen is quite cramped, if you are not a petite person you may not feel comfortable in it. but we did not cook in the apartment, so it was no matter to us. also the bed is quite small, no more than 140 cm wide, the mattress was quite soft, for some it may be comfortable, for others not so much
