Highly recommended, excellent location, good facilities.

Easy to access, great location. Very clean and tidy, nice balcony, good sized studio appartment. Great to have allocated parking. Well equiped with appliances. Good comms from the owner, we didn't need to ask any questions as everything was simple to work out. Excellent to use as a base for touring the Invasion / D-Day beaches and Normady in general. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay here again next time we come to Normandy.

Nothing particular, all good. Please note, for our trip towels WERE provided, so perhaps the owner had acknowledged this from previous feedback - a good sign! Stairs (for us) were not a problem at all. Also as noted by the owner there is an electric roller blind (not curtains) - which completely blacks out the apartment when fully down. Look for the buttons on the RHS of the door. Hope this helps with previously fedback comments and for future guests!

No towels provided - really not acceptable No curtains (apart from nets) so woken by daylight Sea view stated but you have to lean over the balcony to see it No lift in property - 2 flights of stairs are difficult with heavy suitcases Bathroom small and decor old Brochures for local attractions mostly dated 2023 or earlier

Un endroit simple et accueillant pour séjourner à Courseulles sur mer

Studio calme et joli proche du centre ville et de la mer, et proposé à un prix accessible. Les explications étaient très claires.

Séjour super agréable appartement au top tant par son intérieur que par sa proximité de tout

La proximité ( commerces, mer, restaurant..). La terrasse très agréable pour petit déjeuner dehors. Le calme dans l’immeuble.

Le grincement du canapé, lorsque l’on bouge la nuit. Et le chauffage éteint à notre arrivée alors qu’il faisait froid dehors. Peut être prévoir de l’allumer une heure ou deux avant l’arrivée des clients cela serait plus agréable car l’appartement est vraiment super.

Nous avons appréciés ce petit studio . Très bien situé. Tout peux se faire à pied. Logement très propre, clair et bien agencé. Il ne manque rien vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés. Merci, nous avons passé un excellent week-end.

Für uns hat es gereicht. Wir hätten nur gerne einmal unsere Wäsche gewaschen zwischendurch.

Zentrale Lage, alles da, was man für eine kurze Zeit braucht, sauber.

Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, das war blöd! Wir hatten extra ein Appartement mit Waschmaschine gebucht.
