I don't reccomend it !!

Bathroom

The place smelled really bad! They had to change our room, but there was still a strong sewage smell in the rooms. The bed sheets were not clean. The shower was clean and spacious, but the food was very poor, and they charged 10 Swiss francs for each breakfast. There was hardly anything to eat. Not recommended.

Really nice room, big and comfortable bed, good tv, fast wifi, lots of space around the room and places for bags. Ideal. It might be because the hotel is so near the dam but wow the water flow in the shower was maybe the nicest we've ever experienced, stunning. I wouldn't even call it pressure per say it was just sheer volume of water, even nicer than high pressure, how a rain shower head is meant to perform. Good food too, reasonably priced -not cheap but fine. We didn't try the breakfast. The location is stunning too, and there is easy free on site parking.

This isn't something I'd normally even notice which is what will give you an idea how bad it was but for some reason the lighting in the bathroom was awful, there was only one fluorescent white light by the sink/mirror, absolutely no ceiling lights and no lights in/near the shower - it wasn't that some lights weren't working it was that there simply wasn't any others installed - which was bizarre because the bathroom was really nice and seemed pretty newly fitted, just was so dark, the shower was pitch dark, and then by the sink it felt like an operating theatre or horror movie flash light. Also very warm in the room, with all the obvious heating turned off, so not sure how. We had to open the balcony door to cool the room.

Called police due to loud staff party until 2am on a Tuesday.

Clean room, big bed

Staff decided to have a karaoke party in the multi-purpose room, blasting music until 2am on a Tuesday night and refused to turn music off when asked at around midnight. Could hear it on the 2nd floor of the hotel and barely got any sleep. First time in my life I’d had to ring the police for help because staff were making noise.

Wonderful stop before Lukmanier Pass

We loved the feeling of this place -- They have a large room where you can enjoy time just relaxing e.g. after dinner, and we even played some ping-pong at their table there -- so fun!

Perfect stopover from Zurich into Italy - worth a short drive up the mountain

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so welcoming and lovely. Rooms were very comfortable and great showers, too. The location is peaceful and relaxing.

Stopover while on a Road trip.

Everythink was perfect. What I found helpfull was that we could charge our car for and an extra charge as we where traveling to Rome so at least we saved some gas. Thanks

Fun stay with special little extras, absolutely recommended

Wonderful staff that made us feel very welcome. You are greeted with a delicious welcome drink, the bartender knows what he is doing. The hotel is full of games and gadgets, like ping pong table, board games, bikes, tennis etc. It’s a great place for a stay with kids and they are very dog friendly. The pizza is divine!

Fantastic thank you for all your help and a lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at Relais Lucomagno. The staff and managers are so kind and friendly and went out of their way to help us when our car broke down. Also a great place for our two dogs with beautiful walks up into the forest and mountains and rivers to splash in and keep cool. The food and hospitality is excellent and scenery in the mountains is stunning. It’s a great place for cycling in summer too.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise übernachtet. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal, gemütliches, ruhiges Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes an der Strasse, Busstation ca 4 Min entfernt. Richtig gute Pizza! Ein Halt lohnt sich sehr.

Qualità non conforme al prezzo

Camere pulite e confortevoli, stanza ricreativa grande e accogliente con ping pong e diversi giochi in scatola, cena buona.

Poca trasparenza nei costi: La "spa e centro benessere" consiste in una piccola sauna che NON è compresa nel prezzo, ma ci è stato detto costare 35 franchi. Quando abbiamo prenotato la colazione la sera prima, ci hanno detto avremmo pagato 10 chf a persona mentre la mattina erano diventati 12, per una colazione molto basic (il latte quella mattina era imbevibile, buone però le brioches). Nel prezzo della camera non è inclusa la tassa di soggiorno di 3 CHF a testa al giorno. Nella camera al secondo piano si stava bene ma in quella al primo piano con balcone si moriva di caldo e non hanno potuto fare niente. L'unica cosa che ci hanno consigliato di fare è stato di aprire le finestre (fuori meno 10 gradi). Abbiamo pernottato in 4 e tutti abbiamo trovato i cuscini scomodi (probabilmente in piuma ma piuttosto vuoti).

Schöner Urlaub😀

Es war ein sehr schönes Zimmer, die Lage war super, man könnte überall schnell hin, ob snowboard fahren oder einkaufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Super das wir einen Balkon hatten. Schön das es eine Sauna hatte, wo man alleine nutzen konnte. Das Essen war am 1 Tag der Hammer, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ich fand es schade, dass man nicht Informiert wurde, wie der Preis für die Sauna war,1 Man sollte das schon irgendwie kommunizieren. Schade, dass nur 1 Sauna in Betrieb genommen werden konnte. Es war sehr kalt in dem Sauna Zimmer und die Türe zum abkühlen war auch geschlossen. Das Essen hat mich leider am 2 Tag nicht wirklich umgehauen.

Gut erhaltenes Hotel mit Sicht in die Berge.

Das - offensichtlich unlängst renovierte - Hotel liegt ideal an der Strasse zum Lukmanierpass sowie an der Strasse nach Campo Blenio. Unser gut eingerichtetes Zimmer hatte Zugang zu einer grossen Terrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Am Morgen lud die Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein (anfangs November!). Überrascht waren wir vom schönen Frühstückbuffet - für Fr. 10.- pro Person hätten wir nicht ein so umfangreiches Buffet erwartet. Gute Pizzeria! Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich. Für Fr. 35.- kann man eine Privatsauna buchen, was wir auch getan haben; es gibt sogar Tee mit Zitrone.

Der Saunabereich war etwas kühl, und wir haben Liegen vermisst.

Verbrachten vier Nächte zum Wandern im Hotel.

Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war perfekt für Wanderausflüge.

Das Frühstück könnte man verbessern. Mit Getreideflocken ( nicht nur süsse Cornflakes) und zwei Sorten Joghurts ( auch Natur) auch besserer Käse evt. zwei Sorten, würde das Frühstück aufwerten. Den Preis von 10 könnte auf 15. Fr. angehoben werden. Die Zimmer waren schlecht beleuchtet, ein wenig düster.
